How to Measure Your Head Size:

1. Use a soft, non-stretchable tape measure.
2. Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your head, typically 1–2 fingers above your eyebrows.
3. Ensure the tape measure runs across the middle of your forehead, just above your ears, and around the middle of the back of your head.
4. Pull the tape measure snugly, but not too tight.
